Craig helps clients obtain the equipment and systems they need for high-performance operation and a continuing return on their facilities investment. His responsibilities include assessing customers' requirements and objectives, preparing proposals and estimates, reviewing them with the client and making necessary adjustments. When a project involves design, he also prepares schematic drawings. Throughout the process, his goal is to create cost-effective solutions that increase energy efficiency, improve operations and ensure ongoing value.

 

Expertise
Craig began developing his industry expertise nearly 10 years ago. Before joining EMCOR Services Midwest, he was an equipment sales engineer for the Trane Company, where he received numerous sales volume and competitive win awards. Over the course of his career, he has gained extensive knowledge of chilled water, airside and controls systems, as well as air conditioning systems engineering.

 

Craig holds a bachelor's degree in general engineering from the University of Illinois. Licensed in Illinois as a professional engineer and a LEED-accredited professional, he is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers and the United States Green Building Council.
